Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
